One On One Coaching

Each of the below programs offer 45 highly focused one on one calls per year (unless otherwise detailed) with guaranteed results through our designed alliance approach. Our coaches identify your goals and hold you accountable to your weekly “little agenda” which leads you through, by default, to hit your “big agenda.” RCC’s coaching is personalized and tailored to the clients’ needs. Therefore, a thorough needs analysis is required prior to beginning any of our programs.

Launch:

Propel your newer business into more consistent and higher production, develop foundational skills and learn the basics of being a successful solo agent. This program provides the client with 2 calls per month (22 per year). $499/month.*

Accelerate:

Has your production leveled-off and are you still experiencing the typical highs and lows of selling real estate? Are you ready for more, but just not sure how to get there? This program will coach you to break through your production and financial ceiling while adding predictability and consistency. You’ll learn more foundational business practices to create long-term future success. $995/month*

Dominate:

For the experienced agent looking to alleviate the roller coaster of the real estate industry, the Dominate program will guide you through adding leverage into your business with people and systems. Learn best hiring and training strategies to ensure you build a stable and profitable organization while helping you achieve a more balanced life. $1495/month*

Empire:

For established high-producing teams, leadership and brokerage owners looking to create an empire. This rigorous coaching program is designed for business owners ready to take their organization to the next level while working hand in hand with their team members in coaching. $2,000-$5,000/month*
